Technical direction: You are responsible for the overall success of your branch and are the technical anchor for your team at the same time. Team management & training: You write the schedules for your branch, motivate your employees and accompany our junior staff on their way. Mastery quality: You carry out precise refraction, advise your customers and ensure the standard-oriented spectacle production in the workshop. Filial management: You keep the key figures in mind, optimise internal processes and make operational decisions with an eye dimension.

Double Power: You are optician / Optometrist m/w/d or stand shortly before completing your training / further education / your Bachelor in Optometry and you want to strategically lead the branch. Guided tour & training: You understand to inspire your team and accompany our trainees on their way to the optician m/w/d.
