Instructor / Technical Trainer Robotics & Process Optimization / Training Workshop (m/f/d)

Technical commissioning, support and continuous optimization of our modern demonstration plant (“Starthilfe Robotik”) including future-oriented, flexible cobot systems directly on site Practical, exciting and lively communication of robotic basics and methods of process optimization (such as Six Sigma or Lean Management) in our own training rooms Occasionally deployed directly in the companies with the mobile system to reduce inhibitory thresholds before new technology and to inspire companies for the deep courses on campus Implementation of target group-specific practical seminars on change and transformation management for operational levels, from team management to leadership Active piloting, practical testing and valuable feedback on the continuous development of the new training modules directly in the daily workshop practice of the Bergische Bildungscampus

Successful qualification as master, technician (m/w/d) in the field of metal / electrical / mechatronics or a corresponding practical study with training (AdA-Schein) (m/w/d), engineer (m/w/d), engineer (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) or comparable) True enthusiasm for future technologies such as robotics, cobots and automation, as well as the ability to work deep into these systems and to convey them at the same time at the same level High motivation and craftsmanship in order to actively shape a state-of-the-art workshop and teaching environment and to dynamically pack in the start phase of the project Knowledge gained in established methods of process optimization such as Lean Management or Six Sigma and the talent to pass on this knowledge in an understandable and practical way A winning, professional and communication-strong appearance as a trainer and technical advisor (m/w/d) for our participants, member companies and partners from the regional economy
