Working Student IT Printer Services (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Workplace Services in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time.

• Monitoring of service KPIs and availability indicators as well as support in reporting in close consultation with the team

• Incident and Change Management Support, incl. documentation of solutions and creation of change requests/communications

• Preparation of Service Reviews and Analysis of Recurring Problems

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, SOPs and end-user documents

• With the help of communication with users to new orders or returns of leasing devices as well as creating associated ServiceNow-Requests

• Maintenance of orders (BANF) in SAP and installation of CMDB records in ServiceNow

• Coordination with local IT contacts for leasing-end devices, device requests and data maintenance in ServiceNow CMDB, SiteAudit and FleetRMM

• Continuous studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study

• Very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook)

• Embossed communication skills and organizational talent

• Structured and independent working and team skills

• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
