Design AI transformation: You actively drive our data-driven future – by building, optimizing and automating data links, models and AI applications. Automation & Forecasts: You develop automated workflows and prediction models for specialist areas such as repentance, marketing or product – efficiently, scalable and forward-looking. Professional experience & training: You have a degree in data science, (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification – and at least 5 years of experience in analytical roles focusing on AI or automation. Technology competence: You have well-founded SQL knowledge, practical experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and a good understanding of data modeling and data architecture. Python & BI tools: Python is a central tool for you – ideally complemented by first experience in developing AI-based solutions. With Power BI and/or QuickSight you know well. Communication strength: You can easily prepare complex technical issues and present them convincingly – both internally and externally, in German and English. Consulting competency & strategic thinking: You look at the height of your eye with stakeholders, recognize opportunities in data and actively shape the company's data-driven future. Team spirit & own initiative: You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and bring your know-how into the team proactively – with curiosity, responsibility and passion for data & innovation.
