Work Planner Construction (m/f/d)

Your mission – diversity instead of unity We expect you more than work preparation – you have the chance to shape our new Leipzig office from scratch and to actively shape the success of our construction projects. Call for tenders & awards – you control the entire process from tendering to awarding and provide optimal solutions (through mass and performance evaluations). Project preparation – You take over the work preparation of demanding construction projects in raw or key-finished construction and, if necessary, support the calculation to implement projects efficiently. Construction Logistics & Optimization – You take over the planning of construction logistics, equipment concepts and construction site equipment and develop economic construction methods and sequences for efficient implementation. Coordination & Quality Assurance – You create, develop and optimize the scheduling (construction time, construction phase and construction schedules), the scheduling of the contract, develop building sequence simulations and actively support the construction teams. Technical Examination & Support – You will introduce your know-how in raw or turnkey construction to support planning coordination and construction management professionally. Teamwork – Together with project management and purchasing, you will participate in the negotiation and award of the advertised services.

Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only experience, but also the certain 'biss'. What we wish: Technically versed – completion as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d), construction engineer (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification. Industriekenner & durchstarter – You have first experience in working preparation, costing or construction management in raw or key-to-finished construction – ideally in high or industrial construction. Digital affin – Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and ideally good knowledge in iTWO, Powerproject or in a comparable building software. Innovation joy – open to new technologies, working methods and modern planning methods such as BIM.
