Number: MER0003UW4 The individualization department is characterized by the responsibility of an exclusive portfolio, which is managed under the prestigious MANUFAKTUR label. Our portfolio includes all the top-end models, focusing on the design of the exterior and interior of our vehicles. Small series, limited editions and individual orders are in our hands. Our department bears the holistic responsibility – from the first concept idea to the start of series production for these sizes. The field of activity shall include: Support of the project management for the individualization project for various top-end series such as S-Class, AMG GT and GLS

Cross-departmental and independent research, benchmarking and analysis of decision-relevant information, coordination with the relevant departments, presentation of results as the basis of the implementation of the changes

Creation of Agendens and Protocols, Task Tracking, Monitoring the Progress of the Project, Organisation and Implementation of Preparation Dates, Creation of Presentations and Management Documents and Follow-Up, Independent Implementation of Test Orders

Coordination and decision-making on changes to the MANUFAKTUR range for various top-end series: Independent planning, implementation and follow-up of workshops for the top end series of individualization

Assistant to the Head of Division: preparation of presentations for the management, implementation and preparation of research activities; Support and Preparation of Communication Document Presentations and Events for Management

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS-Office and MS Copilot

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking

Self-employed and structured work

A basic understanding of vehicle development and production processes
