In this position, you are the central interface between our customer company, employees and internal departments, on site. You ensure that personnel work smoothly, that employees are optimally supervised and that operational processes interlock efficiently. With your organizational talent, your communication strength and your feeling for people, you create stable structures and sustainable cooperation directly with the customer.

Ensuring an optimal recruiting process as well as experience for applicants (commercial selection, interviews, deployment planning) Direct support and control of external employees at the customer's premises Central contact for customers, employees and internal specialist departments Planning, coordination and optimization of personnel deployments Implementation of onboarding processes and support throughout the entire operation Ensuring compliance with labour law, tariff and operational requirements Creation of reporting, key figures analysis and process improvements Staff commitment

You bring multi-year practical experience in the commercial sector You have basic knowledge of the personnel service, including tariff regulations You have gained first experience in recruiting and applicant management You know the labour law principles such as GDPR, AGG and other relevant requirements You have knowledge of German in word and writing You live a strong service idea and work customer-oriented and solution-oriented
