In our IT Transformation & Country Management division of Zeppelin GmbH at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a “IT Process Manager (m/f/d)”.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities: In your role ''IT Process Manager (m/f/d)' in our Demand, Portfolio, and Service Management department you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our IT processes.
You will evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks as well as design and implement new or improved processes that enhance demand, portfolio, and service management.
In regards to stakeholder collaboration you will be responsible for gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and provide expert support throughout the process lifecycle and act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, PlanView)
Proactive mindset, willingness to drive change, and openness to continuous learning in a dynamic environment. · Experience in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Familiarity with digital transformation projects or agile methodologies
