Your tasks with us: • Establishing a group-wide user service team with First Level support and role and legal management • Development of Mobile Device Management and Helpdesks for the Group • Definition, introduction and support of field-internal support structures • Implementation of a group-wide ticket system and a tool on knowledge management • Implementation of group-wide asset management for all terminals and hardware components • Keeping training for the user service team as well as for the departments • Participation in the definition of a uniform hardware/terminal catalogue for employees and support in the standardization of procurement processes • Management of projects in the field of digitalization & IT

Take this with you: • Complete vocational training in the field of computer science, IT system integration or comparable qualifications • Professional experience in the field of user service or helpdesk • Experiences with different soft and hardware systems • independent and structured working and a high level of commitment and commitment • Analytical thinking and solution orientation • Ready to actively accompany change processes • Willingness to continue development • Basic knowledge of English
