Are you ready to develop yourself into a real technology professional? As a CNC machine operator (m/w/d) in Gotha, you play an important role in a versatile and dynamic working environment. Your tasks include operating the most modern machines and securing the production process at the highest level.

• You are responsible for setting up, programming, operating and monitoring our computer-controlled machines, such as 5-axis machines for sawing, milling and water jet cutting.
• In the best case, you program the CNC machines on the PC to ensure smooth layer operation.
• You will equip the machines with material and make sure that the product quality remains top-class due to final checks.
• You recognize and eliminate simple machine malfunctions and assist in preventive maintenance.
• You develop customization strategies and bring your creative solutions together.

We are looking for

• You have completed vocational training, for example as a carpenter, metal maker or CNC lathe.
• Good knowledge of CNC and machine processing is your strengths.
• Professional experience in a stone-processing plant is a plus, but not absolutely necessary.
• You work independently and place great value on quality.
• Commitment, resilience and team spirit are of course for you.
• You are ready for shiftwork – flexibility is particularly important here!
