Your contribution to us In the role as a commercial group management, you will take over the following main tasks: •    Corporate support of our construction projects from order allocation to project completion incl. the creation of area monthly accounts •    coordination and development of forecasts in direct coordination with project teams and department management •    Enge Cooperation and regular coordination with construction and project management as well as specialist departments on commercial and contractual issues •     Active design and continuous development of commercial processes and quality standards •    evaluation and implementation of new requirements and digital tools •     Leadership, technical support and further development of a dedicated commercial team

What counts •     Successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification •     several years of professional experience in a commercial position in the construction industry •    Expressed commercial and analytical understanding as well as safe handling of numbers and data •    competence in the management and further development of employees; leadership experience desirable •   Freude to take responsibility and make decisions •   Hohe willingness to deploy, strength of communication, initiative and team spirit •     ability to bring people together and achieve goals together
