Take full P&L responsibility and actively shape the success of one of our key locations. Strategic location management: You take the holistic responsibility for all operational and strategic concerns of your location. This means full budgetary and earnings responsibility as well as the development and implementation of sustainable development strategies. Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate and develop a team of over 280 employees in the areas of customer service, HR, technology, fleet and production in the 2-shift system. Create a productive working environment where everyone can feel comfortable and develop their full potential. Process optimization & efficiency enhancement: Analyze and continuously optimize our production and logistics processes to bring efficiency, quality and delivery reliability to top level. Your focus is on innovation and the implementation of smart solutions. Manage customer relationships: Ensure highest customer satisfaction in the B2B segment by prudently and strategically expanding our customer relationships. You are the face of the site to the outside and care for long-term partnerships.

Academic background: A successfully completed study in the field of business management, engineering, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable relevant study direction. Relevant leadership experience: You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable, full-scale management function (e.g. production management, branch management, factory management, operating management, production management, business unit management or comparable). Your demonstrable experience in the leadership and motivation of large teams of professional employees as well as your budgetary responsibility in an operating environment is crucial.
