Full responsibility for all HR processes Ö from recruitment to personnel administration to offboarding. Implementation of personnel development measures and employee and BEM discussions Completion of wage and salary accounting with DATEV in close cooperation, taking into account the four-eye principle. HR control including monitoring of time recording and personnel statistics. Planning and organisation of employee events Organisation and implementation of local training fairs as well as maintenance of digital presence on social media
