In your role, you monitor complex construction designs and allow a wheel to be used for documentation, coordination and scheduling. The cost and timing control is also at your responsible agenda – of course you have a look at possible construction time delays at any time. You continuously agree with our purchase to the material requirements on the construction sites and to release the input invoices. You will also take care of changes and decision-making templates and the acceptance or Transfer of (partial) structures, including comprehensive acceptance protocols.

Successful study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering. Founded multiannual experience in a comparable position in the field of construction, building and housing as well as in the renovation. Analysis strength, flexibility and negotiation and planning skills. High level of care, initiative and sense of responsibility, as well as safe occurrence.
