Professional and disciplined leadership of the design and development department, the test centre, technical documentation and licensing and patenting Responsible for the planning, development and construction of sanitary products (Armatures and water management systems) for the (half) public and commercial sector Overarching cooperation with other locations and product groups and with other local departments Selection of new technologies and software for individual areas Budget responsibility for development and investment costs Preparation and commissioning of certifications for components and products Authorizing and commissioning patents, designs and utility models Cooperation in various bodies and associations (VDMA, DVGW etc.)

Successfully completed mechanical engineering studies desirable. Alternatively also from the fields of mechatronics, precision engineering, hydraulics or a similarly qualified training At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a metalworking company Long-standing experience in project management Six Sigma training Very good knowledge of German and English Team player with enforcement capability Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and action
