Plant Manager (m/f/d)

As part of the future-oriented growth strategy, the company is looking for an experienced factory manager (m/w/d) for managing an area with 450 employees. We are looking for candidates (m/w/d), who already have experience in managing complex works and can ensure the efficient operation of the plant. As a creator and at the same time strategic Sparring partners, You actively shape the future and inspire and move the whole team.

As a factory manager, you will take a key position with high relevance for the company's success. Your tasks include optimising the organizational structure of the plant to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness, managing personnel needs and promoting continuous employee development. You ensure that all legal regulations and industry standards are complied with and are constantly driving forward improvement initiatives with the aim of aligning the work's operations with the company's objectives. From your personality, you understand taking people on the way to new things and creating a positive culture of change. You are bridge builders between the departments and never lose sight of the whole.

Responsible for the result of the work (quality, delivery reliability, security, costs, investments) Development of strategies to ensure the smooth operation of plants Discipline and professional leadership and further development of your area with 450 employees Responsibility for budget planning and deployment as well as for personnel strategy incl. Setting, development and resource planning Continuous optimization of processes in the sense of Lean Management and CVP Ensuring our highest quality food standards (IFS8, BRC) Solution-oriented and trusted stakeholder management Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and standards, including audit monitoring, HACCP, CE certifications

Successfully completed university studies, e.g. in food or process engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, etc. Insufficient and long-term experience in the management of complex works and assurance of operations and guidelines Extensive expertise in lean management and CVP Ideally experience from the FMCG industry or food production Entrepreneurial, professional and socially competent leaders with passion, energy and clear, open communication Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
