Our marketing is a strategic growth driver for our global organization. As Head of Global Strategic Product Marketing, you create a new international function and establish the necessary structures, processes and working methods worldwide. This means: You develop the global strategy and roadmap for Strategic Product Marketing and expand the function. You establish a consistent positioning, messaging and value-proposition architecture across all business units and product lines. You analyze market, customer and competitive information and guide positioning, go-to-market and marketing strategies. You are responsible for global Go-to-Market models and standards for product launches and ensure their uniform implementation in the regions and business units. You act as a central interface between product management, sales and marketing, supporting the successful commercialization of our innovations. You establish clear processes, standards and responsibilities for global product communication and provide the necessary templates, media and tools.

You have a degree in marketing, economic engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. You have many years of experience in B2B marketing of a technical or industrial environment as well as several years of leadership experience in product or strategic marketing. You have proven to develop and implement positioning strategies, value propositions, product launches and sales enablement concepts for product portfolios that are in need of a declaration. You understand to translate technical products and solutions into convincing customer benefit arguments and successful go-to-market approaches. You are safely moving into international matrix organisations, bringing together different regions, business units and functions and have ideally already built or transformed teams, functions or marketing organisations. You combine strategic and analytical thinking with strong stakeholder management and address-oriented communication at all levels – from specialist to executive management. You have knowledge of German and English in a reliable manner.
