You advise our new and existing customers on building financing and building savings – digital, telephone and personal. You develop individual financing solutions, create tailor-made offers and accompany your customers competently from the first consultation to the application maturity and beyond. In addition to our own financing solutions, you also include offers from our partner banks and other credit institutions to implement a suitable overall solution for our customers. You enthuse customers, recognize needs and sales opportunities, gain new customers and develop existing customer relationships in the long term and in a sustainable way. You actively shape our direct business, engage in sales and campaigns, support the further development of our sales approaches and contribute to successfully positioning building financing and building savings in the market.

You have bank or financial training – e.g. as a banking businessman or a construction and financial expert – or has a comparable qualification. You bring sales experience and ideally well-founded knowledge in building financing and building savings, have the pleasure of developing individual financing solutions and making a successful conclusion from good advice. You are highly communication-oriented and customer-oriented and also convey complex financing topics in a comprehensible and convincing way. You are dealing with your own initiative, target-oriented and sales-oriented, recognizing opportunities and claiming to continuously expand both your customer relationships and your personal sales success. You are digitally open-minded, ready to learn and well-organized and feel comfortable in consulting through different communication channels as well as in personal customer contact.
