Digital Business - Customer Team Industry (m/w/d)

In this varied role, you are the central contact person around our digital solutions. You contribute to ensuring that our customers from the industry and our colleagues are optimally advised and supervised.

Service-oriented consulting and support for our digital solutions, in particular: Digital ordering and billing processes for industrial customers Interfaces to digital marketplaces and EDI service providers Provision of digital catalogues and order interfaces

Analysis, tracking and solution-oriented processing of technical and process-related customer requests Support for industrial customers in optimizing and digitizing their procurement and business processes Ensuring high customer satisfaction through solution-oriented, comprehensible and binding communication Close, cross-site cooperation with the other Digital Business teams to develop suitable customer solutions together Coordination of cooperation and communication between customers, sales, specialist departments and IT Conducting administrative and organisational activities to ensure efficient customer and support processes Active participation in the further development of customer service processes and digital services
