Teamlead International Internal Audit (m/f/d)

As a Teamlead International Internal Audit, you will lead a team that will examine and develop business processes at risk in Germany and abroad. You report to the department management and combine independent auditing activities with the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team. Its focus is on the company headquarters in Burgwedel. In addition, you will accompany audits and projects at national locations as well as in our international subsidiaries. Together with the department management, you design the risk-oriented audit planning and continuously develop revision work. Leadership & Team Development: In this newly created position, you guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and promote the individual further development of your employees Quality assurance: You are responsible for the quality of the audit work from planning to reporting and action tracking. Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and release audit reports Examination & Risk Assessment: You analyze and evaluate risk-oriented business processes as well as the effectiveness and adequacy of the associated control processes. You identify risks and optimization potentials, develop practical recommendations and follow the implementation of agreed measures Sparring & Consulting: You report transparently on audit results and present recommendations for action against specialist areas, management and international management. In addition, you support special audits and strategic projects and advise on the further development of processes and controls while respecting the independence of internal audit Further development: You continuously develop exam approaches, methods, reporting formats and tools. Together with the Analysis department, you are expanding data-based exam approaches and promoting the use of data analysis as well as digital and automated testing procedures International cooperation: You actively cooperate with the auditing partners of our national companies, support methodological questions and work closely with specialist areas as well as adjacent functions such as analysis and Loss Prevention.

Successfully completed studies of economics, business informatics or a comparable subject; alternative a comparable training with corresponding additional qualification At least five years of professional experience in internal auditing, auditing or comparable auditing function Experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees, for example as a test management or in a comparable role High data affinity as well as experience in handling data analysis and common analysis and revision tools German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. Structured, objective and solution-oriented mode of operation and responsible handling of confidential information Sovereign appearance at different hierarchical levels and pronounced communication strength Flexibility and readiness to travel for national and international operations (Guideline Class B)
