You are responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of the company's training in cooperation with HR management and the training portals In doing so, you will accompany our talents through their entire training and carry out regular feedback talks You maintain and develop the training concept and are responsible for coordinating training marketing measures (e.g. trade fairs, days of action, school cooperation) You plan training projects, team events and internal and external training for our talents You organize and accompany the entire recruiting, pre and onboarding process of talent In addition, you work with HR projects and actively promote topics such as occupational health management, digitization and optimization of personal processes.

You have a completed commercial training with training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable study Ideally, you will bring experience in the care of trainees and recruiting You are a communicative, empathic and assertive personality You value a dynamic environment and are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working Discretion and loyalty are of course for you
