Junior Product Owner Digitalization (m/w/d)

For a high-growth, owner-managed company with 2,000 employees and a long tradition in the technical environment, we are looking for a Junior Product Owner Digitization (m/w/d) on behalf of our client in an indefinite fixed position at Frankfurt am Main.

Location: Frankfurt am Main

You are analysing processes with the aim of unifying processes and structures at more than 30 locations nationwide. You are present on site: in Frankfurt, in offices or directly at the construction site to listen, test and implement. You develop slim digital solutions, even built with low code, in cooperation with IT or through clever tool selection. You shape the entire process: from whiteboard to prototyping to rollout. You work closely with users and management and receive direct, constructive feedback.

Complete studies in IT, business or technology or comparable qualifications with first project experience. First contact points with digital tools or projects - whether in studies, internships or professional entry. Basic knowledge of SQL, Low Code, UX or MVP development, as an alternative, first experience in implementing digital services. Embossed process understanding, lust for pragmatic solutions and no bareness of responsibility. readiness to travel within Germany (2-3 days a month) and driving licence class B.
