Control, monitoring and optimization of logistical processes and workflows Professional leadership and support of an operating 6-member team in daily business Planning and calculation of personnel needs in the respective areas Responsibility for billing-relevant processes including processing of complaints Development, implementation and further development of new and existing processes Coordination with customers, internal departments and other Rhenus branches Support of branch management in process planning, quality, work safety and administration

relevant professional experience in the field of planning, logistics or automotive, ideally knowledge in the analysis of workflows (MTM) Complete study with focus on logistics desirable First leadership experience in leading smaller teams of advantage Embossed knowledge of MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, reliable and independent operation Team spirit, communication strength and leadership skills
