You're moving: You are responsible for carrying out commissioned acquisition projects for property acquisition, contract management, real estate management and marketing. You are responsible for the timely and qualitative monitoring and acceptance of the acquisition services to be provided until handover to the services. Ensure legal validity and compliance with the approval directives, in the context of an audit of the pre-decision processes according to uniform standards on quality and economic viability. You are responsible for lease and use contracts for the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities, in particular radio installations. You will automatically create project and schedules and contribute to efficient resource planning with regard to order management, acceptance, audit and release as well as escalation, approval and control mechanisms.

That's what you bring: At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the acquisition of locations for the mobile network A study in the field of technology or law Knowledge of the basics of real estate Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, application of project management techniques Very good knowledge of professional project management flowing German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) in word and writing
