Individual development support: You observe, promote and support children according to their needs, interests and state of development. Education and games: You create varied offers and promote language, movement, creativity, self-employment and social interaction. Development documentation: You document development processes and derive appropriate educational impulses from them. Care and care: You take care of the age-appropriate care of children and support them on their way to more self-employment. Educational partnership: You work confidently with parents and caregivers and accompany important development steps until the transition to primary school. Team and Networking: You actively shape projects and the Kita everyday and work with the team, schools and other specialist departments.
