You take a central interface and coordination function between departments, central IT units and external service providers and ensure that relevant topics, requirements and issues are efficiently addressed to the correct contact persons. In IT Service Management, you coordinate the IT services for the E.DIS Group and support IT Service Owner, Product Owner and Application Manager in implementing the ITSM processes. You identify optimization potentials in existing IT processes and services and introduce independent initiatives to further develop IT support within the E.DIS Group.
You have successfully completed a (special) degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering. You bring extensive experience in IT service management as well as good knowledge in ITIL as well as agile methods. You have fluent German skills and good English skills.
