For our site in Apolda we are now looking for reinforcement for the formwork renovation. You work on the preparation and repair of formwork elements and make sure that they are transferred to the customer again ready for use.

After a structured incorporation, we offer you the opportunity to assume additional responsibility. With appropriate suitability, a development to the shift leader or foreman is possible.

Your tasks

• Planning and coordination of workflows together with the customer
• Self-fulfilment of agreed work
• cleaning of formwork elements and execution of smaller repairs
• replacement of damaged formwork plates
• Implementation of welding work in the MAG process
• Quality control of the processed formwork elements
• Transfer of finished elements to the customer
• Careful documentation of the work carried out

What you bring

• Craft skills and technical understanding.
• Ideally, you also have experience in MIG welding.
• Good knowledge of German.
• Physical resilience.
• welding knowledge in the MAG process, ideally with at least one basic qualification.
