In this role, you will report directly to the Director Legal at the International Headquarter in Schengen, Luxembourg Close cooperation with the PM Group legal department Advising various areas of expertise on a wide range of legal issues related to HQ EMEA activities – including trade law, data protection, company law, competition law and general civil law Design, negotiation and verification of General Terms, Commercial Contracts and other Contracts for the HQ EMEA Examination and support in the negotiation of all types of contracts related to the HQ EMEA Working with the creation and maintenance of group-wide contractual templates and general terms and conditions Training of employees on legal issues Active participation in the development and maintenance of an existing contract management software Coordination and exchange with external law firms and consultants Early identification and proactive treatment of legal risks and issues in the field of EMEA Support in disputes and promotion of effective cross-border cooperation Examination of contracts of the HQ EMEA and subsidiaries in the EMEA region Active participation in legal committees of German associations

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), with both German State Examina or Business Law Studies Founded professional experience, ideally in an industrial or commercial company Own initiative, problem-solving competence, hands-on mentality and the ability to analyse complex questions independently Entrepreneurial thinking, rapid understanding, structuring, view for the whole as well as for detail, if necessary Embossed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in a dynamic environment Very good English skills are required Team spirit, integrity and discretion complete your profile
