Civil Engineer or Architect as Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You actively control construction and rehabilitation measures for the BLB NRW A project team from various disciplines, such as construction, supply and electrical engineering, will assist you in the implementation of the construction projects, which will guide you professionally. You define the project objectives in order to achieve them, in particular with regard to costs, dates and qualities, and work closely with your department management in an advisory capacity. You also take part in project-dependent planning services according to HOAI You are jointly responsible for the selection and contracting of external architecture and technical planners, as well as the control and quality testing of these. You are responsible for the maintenance of the numbers and data required for controlling the projects

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical field of engineering. Further requirements: You can already have professional experience in the project management or Project Responsibility in Construction You provide knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VgV, etc.) as well as qualified knowledge in the handling of project communication systems with Its distinct competence in controlling the cooperation of various participants is just as important as your target orientation and motivation A routined handling of standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and openness to the BLB-specific application of SAP as well as project control/plan software complete your profile You provide certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1 (currently in word and writing), and have a driving licence of class B as well as the readiness to service (pool vehicle) in NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 11 group to the E 13 group. TV‐L (approximately € 53.200,00 – approx. € 84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pension provision). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
