In our team at the Gütersloh site, you will accompany new music projects from the request to the finished product and ensure transparent processes and strong solutions for our customers. The position is limited to two years and offers you a long-term perspective in a dynamic environment. Are you on it?

Order management for physical music products: You collect and accompany customer orders from physical music products and ensure that all information is complete and processed on time. Processing of price requests: You will check incoming price requests, collect all relevant data and create transparent, economic offers. Advice on music product possibilities: You advise customers professionally on formats, configurations and options and provide clarity about the best solution. Tuning with interfaces: You work closely with internal areas such as production, sales and logistics to ensure smooth processes Data management & quality assurance: You carefully care about all relevant data in our systems and secure a consistent, error-free information base.

Professional background: Commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally first experience in order management or in the media/music industry. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English. IT knowledge: Safe in handling Microsoft 365 and willingness to work quickly into new tools. Working methods: independent, structured, reliable and with clear prioritization competence. Dealing with customers:inside: Professional communication behaviour with safe occurrence towards business partners:inside.
