Contract period: fixed in full time 100%

Our range of services:

Our aim is to offer the patients and RKH staff entrusted to us a tasty, healthy and varied meal. With freshness, quality and care, we take care of the physical well-being of around 8,000 people at 8 locations every day.

Qualified kitchen staff prepare the dishes in our modern kitchen at the RKH Klinikum Ludwigsburg. We rely on the most modern cooking methods and kitchen technology.

All ingredients used are subject to our strict quality and hygiene requirements. The menus change weekly and are partly supplemented by seasonal dishes. With our wide range of dishes, we are able to meet different needs at all meals. In the standard we offer three menus daily, including full food, light food and vegetarian food.

Your tasks:

• Preparation Mise en Place
• Preparation of meals and desserts
• Cooking by recipes
• maintenance of cleanliness of kitchens, in particular of cooking area
• Communication for our further RKH locations

Your profile:

• You have a completed training as a cook (m/w/d)
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a large kitchen and with the system of a Cook & Chill kitchen
• They are resilient, are happy to work in the team and have good German skills
• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
