Management of Locations and Services (m/f/d)

In this function, you report directly to the management of Amprion GmbH's real estate management and run a team working on the issues of property management at property and rental locations as well as related service services. You run the team professionally and personally and work with:

Management, coordination and further development of the Facility Management and Real Estate Management team Ensuring efficient technical and infrastructural operations at the responsible locations Ensure all aspects of location security and their further development Control and optimization of management, maintenance and maintenance processes as well as service provider management strategic planning and joint implementation of department and location goals with your team Participation in the area and occupation planning, including workplace and usage concepts as well as the Desksharing concept at the locations Contract management for facility and real estate contracts Support for operational areas in matters relating to buildings, areas, operational safety and user requirements Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, technical and internal requirements Further development of the systems and tools used (e.g. CAFM, area databases, documentation systems) in cooperation with IT and departments Initiation and implementation of measures to increase efficiency, optimize costs and improve quality in facility management Participation in the implementation and further development of policies and regulations

successfully completed studies related to real estate/Facility management, construction/supply technology, real estate management, architecture or comparable commercial/technical training with corresponding Training and relevant professional experience well-founded knowledge in real estate management and facility management, ideally in a technically shaped business environment safe handling of property and area-related data (e.g. land register, property catasters, area data, CAFM) or the willingness to work on this quickly and structuredly first professional and/or disciplinary leadership experience in the real estate management / facility management desirable strong understanding of economic relationships and ability to act responsive to solutions, cost and quality high social competence, communication strength and enforcement ability - you work proactively, networked and bind relevant stakeholders specifically Own initiative, sense of responsibility and structured functioning as well as the joy of continuously developing processes and systems in facility management
