Own-responsible processing of insolvency proceedings and insolvency claims taking into account the insolvency framework conditions Correspondence with insolvency administrator:inside, debtors:inside, lawyers:inside, client:inside and other parties to proceedings Claims, time-limit monitoring and processing of residual debt relief procedures, contests and judicial debt settlements Examination of economic and legal circumstances and negotiation and implementation of payment agreements and comparisons Compilation of receivable calculations, reports and basis of decision and complete documentation of all transactions in the collection system Processing of complex individual cases as well as support for team management in technical topics and projects

Successfully completed training as a lawyer:r or a commercial training with corresponding professional experience in receivable management and insolvency processing

Multiannual professional experience in insolvency processing as well as sound knowledge of consumer and regulatory insolvency proceedings, judicial debt settlement and residual debt relief

Experience in the processing of non-performing receivables and secure knowledge of the legal framework in the collection

Impressed negotiating and communication strength in dealing with insolvency administrators, debtors:inside, lawyers and other parties

Structured, responsible and independent functioning as well as pronounced economic thinking and acting

High self-motivation, resilience, teamability and the ability to process complex facts in a solution-oriented manner
