The company “Picknick Solutions GmbH” is looking for professionals to strengthen their team.

We are looking for an analytical and creative marketing manager (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies (online & offline)
• Market and competition analyses
• Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns
• Support for content and communication strategy
• Cooperation with SMM, sales and design
• Monitoring and evaluation of KPIs and marketing key figures
• Optimization of customer travel and conversion rates

Your profile:

• Professional experience in marketing
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Creativity in Idea Development and Implementation
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms)
• Self-responsibility and structured working
• German knowledge is desirable
• Good to very good Russian/Ukrainian knowledge are required
