Central contact person for internal customers in all issues relating to securities settlement and related services (e.g. capital measures, trading opportunities, deferral tax, Securities transfers, payment transactions and money and foreign exchange transactions) Maintenance and management of customer master data for new and existing customers Ensuring compliance with quality standards in outsourced back office processes including documentation of the associated controls Active querying of existing processes and identifying and implementing optimization potentials Accompanying internal audits and external auditors as part of annual audits Processing and monitoring of tax and reporting issues (e.g. capital income tax, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) in the daily business and in projects

Completed commercial training, ideally as a bank clerk or bank clerk, as well as relevant professional experience in the banking environment Wide understanding of internal banking and settlement processes Knowledge of legal and tax frameworks in banking Ideal experience in securities trading and securities settlement Very careful, structured and independent working Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and teams
