As a project manager (m/w/d) at the M&A Team Industry & Business Services, you work for top international investors (private equity, family offices) and maintain independent portfolio companies on the buy-side – from initial contact to completion You conduct communication with decision-makers at C-level level and build long-term relationships with sellers and investors You run M&A projects on the buy-side for international private equity companies and family offices You analyze markets, evaluate business documents and create company reviews You coordinate internally and externally – structured, binding and on the point

Successfully completed business or technical studies, like in the field of engineering/economy engineering (engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) At least three years of relevant professional experience in the industrial environment, for example in sales or project management – with M&A reference Representative sales and communication talent – you are proactively approaching people and convincing Analytical thinking and joy in business issues Very good German knowledge (min. C1), English of advantage
