Head of Production Textile Services (m/f/d)

Management Responsibility: You run and develop a team of 90 employees in the two-shift system (Mo-Fr) incl. layer lines. You are present on the surface, give orientation and care for a stable, powerful team. Employee retention: You realize what your team needs to work well and implement concrete measures to strengthen motivation, cohesion and reliability in everyday work. Production planning and control: You make sure that the operation is running – even if there are short-term failures or bottlenecks. You plan the personnel use efficiently and ensure a stable utilization in two-shift operation. Lean Management & Process Optimization: You recognize optimization potentials directly in operation and implement improvements pragmatically. You use Lean methods to keep KPIs in mind. Quality assurance: You ensure that quality and safety standards are complied with – through clear processes, presence and consistent action.

Qualification: You have a technical training with training as a master or Technicians (m/w/d) – or a degree in the field of production, logistics, economic engineering and Engineering. More important than your degree is your experience in the operating environment. Management competence: You have already managed teams in production, logistics or in shift operations, for example as a production manager, operating manager, shift manager, team manager or department manager (m/w/d). Organisational strength: You have experience in personnel deployment planning, production control and process optimization and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. Problem solving competence: You think in solutions, know and analyze the challenges in everyday production and meet fast situation-related decisions.
