Advising the object and project managers in demanding questions about fire protection in new and remodeling projects and in existing buildings on regional administrative and special properties such as office buildings, operating restaurants, data centers, test halls or workshops. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and standards in preventive fire protection and support in the implementation of fire protection measures Own-sponsored accompaniment of official appointments such as fire prevention shows or firefighting exercises Responsibility for the further development of fire protection regulations and internal emergency management processes Planning, organization and execution of broaching exercises incl. Preparation and documentation Implementation of fire protection and evacuation aid courses Reprocessing and evaluation of fire alarms using internal processes Support for the safety concept of corporate events Participation in the internal crisis unit in infrastructural scenarios and continuous updating

Qualification for the fire protection officer according to DGUV Information 205-003 and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position Successfully completed studies or training ideally with focus on fire protection, rescue engineering, safety technology or comparable Additional qualification in preventive fire protection or as a specialist for occupational safety desirable Ideally fire-fighting training or experience in non-policy defense (THW, relief organisations, etc.) and in facility management Reliable, team- and service-oriented operation as well as a sovereign occurrence driving licence class B Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing JOBV1_EN
