For a company location of the company, we are looking for a committed and motivated candidate (m/w/d). Heading, coaching and development of the HR team (about 6 employees) Function as a trusted partner of management in matters of organisation, human resources and change management Constructive cooperation with the works council, including the negotiations and approvals of operating agreements Monitoring the entire employee lifecycle, from employee acquisition, further development to retirement Ensuring compliance with labour law, collective agreements, human resources directives and EU rules on wage transparency Further development of modern and long-term personnel development as well as the future-relevant topics of recruiting, personnel selection and talent management, also against the background of employee retention Strengthen employer branding and implement effective recruitment strategies, including leadership positions Optimization, standardization and digitization of HR processes and tools Monitoring of personnel management (release accounting, contracts, time recording, retirement provision) Close cooperation with regional and global HR teams to ensure a uniform orientation Support for HR topics for employees in other European countries together with local HR partners Close cooperation with local management, for example in the framework of policy issues, organisational development and change management Management of HR budget and contribution to reporting and data analysis to support business decisions

Successfully completed academic training with a focus on staff or comparable training with corresponding additional qualifications In-depth professional practice in strategic and operational personnel work in a management function Experience in dealing with the works council is a prerequisite Found experience in operational personnel work within an industrial company and the management of transformation processes Excellent communication skills with strong conflict resolution and persuasiveness and willingness to design Knowledge of labour and social security law Very good knowledge of German and English High level of sense of responsibility, strength of enforcement and commitment Embossed conceptual skills paired with a pronounced hands-on mentality
