The SSO CO 1 ITOM 3 Remote Access Service 2 department is responsible for trouble-free, SLA- and OLA-compliant operation of different VPN solutions up to the degree of secrecy VS-NfD. At present, various hardware and software products from the manufacturer geua GmbH are supported in the frontend. The tasks include 2nd Level Support, regular testing of new releases and the contractually agreed IMAC/R/D activities. The department currently comprises about 30 employees (subdivided into 3 teams) and is represented nationwide at 5 locations. The second level B team is responsible for the 2nd level support of the supported software products. The currently 8 employees and 2 trainees of the team are located in Bonn and Munich. .
