Learning Experience & Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Learning Experience & Solutions Specialist*in, you will create innovative, forward-looking learning solutions and holistic learning experiences with a large entrepreneurial free space, which will specifically promote the further development of our employees and make a measurable contribution to our strategic HR objectives. In close cooperation with internal stakeholders, you systematically analyze learning needs – for example through interviews, surveys and performance data – and translate them into effective, target-group-specific learning experiences, training concepts and sustainable competence development measures. You act as a strategic business partner for specialist areas, advise on modern learning methods, digital technologies and AI-based approaches and actively promote the conception and implementation of scalable learning strategies and programs. In addition, you accompany the introduction of new AI tools from a learning perspective, shape change and communication measures and develop high-quality interactive learning content and innovative learning formats together with interfaces such as IT and communication. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the continuous success measurement and optimization of learning measures based on relevant KPIs and ROI considerations as well as the integration of digital, AI-based and regulatory requirements into efficient, sustainable learning processes.

Completed degree in HR, pedagogy, psychology, economy or comparable qualification Extensive experience in learning & development, in particular in need analysis and the conception and implementation of digital learning solutions Knowledge of digital technologies and AI applications as well as a strong technical understanding of modern tools Experience in projects of digital transformation including project and stakeholder management and change management German and English skills
