for our construction projects in: Area 1: Rastatt, Baden-Baden, Offenburg and Freiburg Area 2: Hamburg Area 3: Stuttgart, Aalen, Ulm

You take the holistic responsibility for turnkey and pre-built building projects. As a central interface, you control all technical, terminological and economic concerns and ensure that our contracted companies are successful in the project. This means in detail: You take responsibility for the project through all services and coordinate the entire project sequence in close coordination with our management, specialist departments and external partners. You are responsible for the technical-commercial control and act as an interface between construction and project development with focus on budget maintenance, scheduling and quality assurance You are regularly present at the construction site, take part in construction meetings and technical declines and clarify open points with developers, planners and unions You moderate and document Jour-fixe appointments with builders and internal project participants You control the appointment and quality control, continuously monitor the project targets and start meaningful status and deviation reports You are responsible for and testing technical adjustments with the aim of optimising economically and customer-oriented You coordinate the work of our partner companies and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our homes and services

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering (construction), project management or a comparable subject Alternatively, you bring a qualification as a technician:in or master:in and have more than several years of professional experience in building Ideally you have 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable function in prefab house construction, preferably with turnkey construction experience You have well-founded knowledge of relevant DIN standards and project and contract management You are sure to go with MS Office and ideally have experience with project control software You convince by a high technical understanding, organizational talent and a structured, responsible and independent way of working You own the license class B and bring travel readiness with you
