In the function you represent the foundation sovereignly inward and outward and maintain trusting relationships with bodies, network partners, politics, church and society With a strategic vision, you will design the further development of the Paul Gerhardt Stift together with your commercial colleague and will provide impulses for long-term positioning in Berlin-Wedding The management and control of the areas of public relations, the Spiritual Centre, the Event Centre and the Foundation Center are carried out by your professional and conceptual leadership In close cooperation with the management, you will accompany the strategic development of the subsidiaries and promote a future-oriented overall organisation With your theological competence and personal radiance, you develop the Paul Gerhardt Stift as a spiritual and spiritual center and create orientation in a plural society
