You are the central contact person for all employees at the Gommern site You support the building management as well as the service office and branch management in administrative and project-related activities, in particular in written and telephone correspondence with customers You maintain customer data in various databases (including SAP) and keep an overview The creation of invoices and the management of orders as part of the construction site preparation are also part of your tasks In addition, you take over general office activities and support the organization of the site, e.g. in the procurement of small materials and work clothes

Completed commercial or commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman / businesswoman for office management / businesswoman for office communication / businessman m/w/d Enthusiasm for construction projects and experience in a commercial position Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required as well as first experience in SAP desirable Class B driving licence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing independent, quality-conscious and structured working style and a careful and reliable personality
