Planning, preparation and execution of complex software installations in the medical environment, including system design, architecture and compatibility testing Takeover of project management tasks in the context of implementation projects, including technical coordination with IT departments and clinical areas in the healthcare IT environment Configuration and commissioning of our healthcare software solutions to the customer on site or remotely, including setup and administration of databases, communication protocols (HL7, DICOM) and performing comprehensive functional tests Adaptation and development of scripts to implement individual customer requirements Installation, configuration, operation and updating of test, reference and productively used multi-edge systems (local and in the cloud), including version management, data synchronization, scaling and regular function checks Creation, maintenance and quality control of technical documentation, customer logs and knowledgebase documents Compliance with defined quality and safety processes (e.g. ISO 13485, MDR, Data Protection, Medical Device Advisor, IT Security Requirements in Healthcare Troubleshooting and Incident Management for Quickly Fix Critical Disorders, including Cause Analysis, Documentation and Implementation of Long-Term Solution Approaches) Comprehensive technical support in the radiological IT healthcare environment (Ashvins PACS), including: deep technical fault analyses in productive customer environments Log and trace evaluations Performance checks and optimizations Coordination with development and test department in complex fault images Improving complex, customer-specific problems Targeted technical reconstruction of specific fault images Escalation and expectation management Detection of sustainable solutions and creation of fixes, workarounds or configuration adjustments

Participation in technical readiness for emergency radiological hospitals, including short-term analysis and elimination of critical disturbances to ensure the system availability and operational stability of our radiological healthcare IT solutions Local travel activities for customer visits, in particular installation and project meetings with the customer on site
