In your role as head of technical equipment at the Wehrheim site, you are primarily responsible for the design of machinery and equipment in the field of manufacturing and assembly of our products. Together with your three-headed team, you are responsible for the smooth operation of our machines and equipment. The design of maintenance plans and procedures, as well as advice on the award of external maintenance contracts, are your tasks as well as the appointment of spare parts as well as the acceptance of machines and equipment. In addition, you work with the qualification of machines and plants (e.g. load booklet production, operational tests, CE conformity, etc.) as well as process validation. Your well-founded knowledge and experience are actively involved in our continuous improvement projects. You are responsible for the technical implementation of the requirements resulting from the results of the workplace hazard assessments. You also work in the environmental and energy management team. As part of investment projects, you advise and support our strategic purchasing in technical issues. You reliably coordinate the necessary test tasks at the location (e.g. expert testing of the ventilation system, pressure tank, ex-protection, etc.). Last but not least, you will work with projects around the building infrastructure and agree closely with the representatives of the building owner.

Successfully completed engineering studies with mechanical engineering department At least 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing company, ideally in the medical device environment Comprehensive experience in the independent design and design of machines and systems Experience with work in a complex environment and team leadership Knowledge of working safety, fire protection, factory orientation Very good knowledge of the most common MS Office applications Embossed Hands-On Mentality Self-employed, careful and structured working together with a pronounced sense of safety and quality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
