Activity range

The “IT-operation” area at the Würzburg site operates and monitors the entire IT infrastructure and all IT procedures of the Pension Insurance (DSRV) data centre and central services for all pension insurance institutions. The Team Community Services provides collaboration tools such as Allris, Cryptshare and Sametime for the entire German pension insurance.

Your task

• Administrating, configuring and developing existing collaboration tools (Allris, Cryptshare and HCL Sametime)
• Monitor systems including fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Developing and implementing security and access concepts
• Representation of the field in internal and external working and specialist groups and bodies
• Developing concepts and policy templates
• Conducting internal information events and workshops on knowledge transfer
• Transfer of technical project management

Your profile

• A completed vocational training in the IT sector or a completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (e.g. an IT-specific qualification) or comparable practical experience in the IT sector
• Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT
• Finded knowledge with HCL Sametime (policy management, LDAP, client configuration)
• Current knowledge of HCL Connections or comparable collaboration platforms
• Experience with ALLRIS or similar advice information systems
• Professional experience in agile work environment
• A strong customer orientation and coordination skills, a sovereign appearance, address-oriented communication and team skills complete your profile

The activities require the willingness to participate in a safety review (SÜ) according to § 9 of the Security Audit Act (SÜG) as well as its positive conclusion as well as the willingness to accept the call as well as for occasional service trips and participation in further training/organizations also outside the Würzburg site.
