Onboarding: Enjoy our introduction week including factory management and various team building and leisure events Practice in the company: In our own training workshop and in the departments as well as in the customer service you are trained in a practical and professionally competent manner duration of training: The training lasts for 3.5 years, with good schooling and operational services, a reduction in training time is possible to 3 years Vocational school: In regular exchange visit a local vocational school once or twice a week Seminars and trainings: You will receive a wide range of further education, e.g. product training, communication seminars and an English course with certified degree What we move together in our training Basics: In a multi-week basic metal course in our training workshop, you acquire basic and advanced knowledge in the metal sector; subsequently, in various areas, you will be taught basic electrical engineering skills by means of circuits and measuring tasks on electronic components, whereby you will further develop your craftsmanship Specialization: In-house and in professional courses, you will learn everything about electronics, pneumatics, electropneumatics, programmable controllers, bus systems and the modular production system. In projects you acquire knowledge that you can use and consolidate in practice at your work Area for orientation: During changing department visits, which take place, for example, in the fields of research & development, maintenance or in test stand construction, you can translate the learned into practice and strengthen and expand your knowledge. So we will give you all this in-house to manage your future tasks with the necessary skill set.

Qualification: You are just ahead of your general upper secondary school, ideally focusing on mathematics and physics, or have these already in your pocket Interest in science: You bring talent in science subjects and are interested in technology, mechatronics and electronics Internships: Ideally, you have snuffed into the world of mechatronics as part of an internship and now want to make your interest a profession Your talents: You are communicative, have a pronounced organizational talent and like to go with numbers Theory & Practice: You are looking for a way to learn a job and gain practical experience directly

Compensation package: We offer our trainees in Germany an attractive compensation package according to IG-Metall-Tarif NRW including holiday and Christmas money (up to €1440.99 gross / month) Guaranteed takeover: After successful completion you will be guaranteed for one year Support: Through our Buddy program and mentoring you always have an experienced trainee or employee on your side Examination preparation: In preparation for final exams we prepare you competently by internal audit preparation Further training: Even after the completion of the training, we will develop you individually, e.g. with an internship
