LBBW Service GmbH is the specialist in back office and operation processes in the LBBW Group. With our teams at the main locations in Stuttgart and Leipzig, we create a sustainable value for our clients through know-how and innovative strength. settlement and control of value service providers, processing and documentation of single and outgoing value returns and audit Processing of cash-related special processes, e.g. bank-confirmed Bundesbank cheques, false money, real money as well as retained cards, and preparation of the dispatch of coin-term orders for BW-bank branchesSupport in the operational control of the value service providers, e.g. forwarding and clarification of complaints, holiday planning and processing of special cases Coordination of daily fillings and withdrawals in the context of the ATM supply by value service providers Processing and testing of avised payment forms take over representation tasks within the organisational unit and support other groups of the LSG in Stuttgart; Contact person for the BW banking branches and Helaba for questions and complaints

Successfully completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in the handling or accounting Embossed contact and communication skills with very good German knowledge as well as service-oriented appearance and team skills Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as structured and detailed operation Flexibility, commitment and motivation
