Reference number: 2026-0071 Working time: full time, part-time

Construction site organisation: Support of the building management and the superstructure management in the daily coordination of the construction process, including appointments, booking of accommodation for employees, organisation of house connection dates and clarification of contractual arrangements in the context of rentals (e.g. storage places or standing pipes). Documentation and reporting: creation, maintenance and archiving of works (digital and physical), preparation of images and documents for construction projects, creation of Google plans as well as maintenance and allocation of invoices, credits and shipping documents into the database or cloud. Preparation of construction site meetings: organisation of meetings and local appointments, protocol management and follow-up of tasks and agreements from construction meetings. Quality and safety management: support in the collection and control of traffic regulations, monitoring of deadlines and creating traffic sign plans to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Material and equipment management: communication with material suppliers, maintenance of customer and supplier accounts, preparation of material recalculation to after-contractors, processing and maintenance of measurements and retrieval lists from e-portals. Interface communication: Close cooperation with authorities, energy providers as well as internal interfaces such as construction management, project management, planning and purchasing to coordinate permits, external management plans and to ensure smooth project progress.

Professional qualification: completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally in the construction industry. First experience in the construction or project environment: Practical knowledge in the field of construction site organization or project assistance of advantage. Driving licence: Class B is required. Ready to travel: Existing willingness to travel activities for use on changing construction sites, primarily at the construction site in Neuhausen/Erzgebirge. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (at least level C1) for communication in the team and with customers.
